As a small business, we are committed to providing you with the best service possible and are currently monitoring and following all guidance and advise issued by HM Government and Public Health England.
With regards to the current COVID-19 situation in the UK, we have already taken a number of precautionary measures including cleaning all equipment before and after every event, minimising external meeting’s and not purchasing any additional equipment from some of our worldwide suppliers at this time.
We will continue as normal with our booking’s however should your venue decide to close or amend your booking due to COVID-19, then we will do everything possible to transfer your booking to a new date subject to our availability. Please note that all remaining balance payment dates will stay in place as per your original contract.
The situation is being monitored daily and very closely with other suppliers, venues and governing bodies. We will update you with any further information once we know more.
